• Moen Commercial has a complete line of fixtures designed for the heavy-duty environments of universities, hospitals, hotels and other facilities. Our award-winning products have been in stadiums, dormitories, commercial kitchens and other high-use settings for years. They’re proven to perform under tough conditions while delivering energy and maintenance savings.
• Many products are WaterSense certified and compliant with ADA regulations and the Buy American Act.
• Nothing says a plumbing fixture can’t be strong and beautiful. Moen fixtures have always been recognized for their looks and our Commercial line is no exception. Though heavier and sturdier than our residential products, our Commercial faucets, showerheads and flush valves come in a variety of modern styles that prize form as well as function.
• Moen Commercial products are heavier than our residential products and made from superior components. They’re engineered specifically to resist vandalism and stand up to heavy use in commercial settings. We know that maintenance teams are pressed for time and money so we designed our faucets, flush valves and showerheads for easy installation and low maintenance.
• Moen Commercial products save money. Due to their easy installation, low maintenance, durability and energy efficiency, they have a lower lifetime cost of ownership than other products. That frees up maintenance dollars for other projects.
• Moen Commercial PosiTemp Transfer Tub/Shower Set is durably designed to meet the heavy demands of commercial and industrial use. This bathroom shower faucet set features the PosiTemp valve system, which maintains consistent water pressure and temperature while you shower. The shower system includes a standard showerhead as well as a hand shower with a convenient pause button that slows the flow of water. A long, double interlock spiral metal hose ensures the shower wand has plenty of reach, while a 30-inch slide bar lets you fasten the hand shower at any height you like. Available in a mirror-like chrome finish, this shower system integrates seamlessly with any bathroom decor.
• This three-function shower system has a Posi-Temp pressure-balancing valves to maintain water pressure and control temperature, a standard showerhead, a hand shower showerhead with a 30-Inch slide bar and 69-Inch metal hose, a drop ell, vacuum breaker and mounting hardware. This shower system has chrome plated metal construction for a bright, highly reflective, cool grey metallic look. The pressure balancing cycle valve design has 1/4 turn stops, the three-function transfer valve has 1/2-Inch CC connections and all applicable components are supplied with vandal resistant screws. The temperature and transfer valves both have ADA compliant lever style handles, and the temperature handle operates counterclockwise through a 270 degree arc, with off at 6 o' clock and the maximum hot at the 9 o' clock position. The pressure balancing mechanism maintains the selected discharge temperature to +/- 2 degrees, and the transfer valve operates three distinct functions. Both shower heads have a 2.5 gpm maximum flow at 80 psi, while the standard showerhead has a single function spray pattern. This shower/tub system has a 1222 cartridge design in the temperature control valve that accommodates back-to-back installations, and there is a ceramic disc cartridge in the transfer valve. Moen Commercial offers a full line of faucets, electronic flush valves and showering systems built to withstand the harshest conditions in commercial and institutional buildings and construction. They're built for constant use, and occasional misuse. They're built for the real world.
