• Vornado was built from a truly original idea that comfort should be constant. Since 1945, that idea has been realized with beauty and uncompromised performance, allowing Vornado to deliver products that enhance efficiency and keep everyone in the room comfortable, all year long. This commitment is captured in three simple words: Experience. Perfect. Comfort.
• At Vornado, we take pride in designing and engineering our products in the USA. Based in Andover, KS, we’re committed to crafting high-quality solutions that keep you comfortable and built to last. Through continuous innovation and thoughtful design, we refine our technology to deliver the best experience possible. Our goal is simple: to create products you can trust, backed by reliable craftsmanship.
• In the early 1920’s, Ralph K. Odor started work on a new airplane design. By the 1930’s, his patented Power Vortex design influenced modern aviation. The Vornado Plane derived its name from “Vortex” and “Tornado”, based on its pioneering aerodynamics.
• Vornado was founded on the premise that comfort should be constant, bucking the trends of oscillation and utilitarian design. That still holds true today with a broad range of products that enhance efficiency and keep everyone comfortable all year long.
• The 6303DC is the central figure in Vornado's new Energy Smart circulator family. Combining a sleek style with a more-powerful airflow (up to 85 feet), the brushless DC motor uses up to 80% less energy, bringing modern efficiency to the home. A return to variable speed settings puts you in precise control of your environment via 99 unique airflow settings, and an energy-saving timer shuts off the air when it’s not needed. Electronic push-button and touch controls, plus a remote control, bring added convenience.
• Plug in a Vornado Energy Smart circulator and you’ll automatically use up to 80% less energy than you would with a comparable AC motor product. That’s something to smile about.
• With lesser fans, higher efficiency sometimes equates to less-powerful airflow — not so with Energy Smart circulators. Combining a more-powerful, brushless DC motor with legendary Vornado engineering, our new line of circulators deliver power to spare.
• Utilize the touch button controls to you zero in on your ideal environment, or enjoy the convenience of the included remote control. Whether it’s a soft, silent flow, full-throttle circulation or any point in between, precise controls enable you to dial in the airflow setting that feels right for you.
• A Vornado circulator uses special airflow called Vortex Action to circulate all the air in the room. The air flows fast, cool and constant to create a cooling experience unlike any other.
• Unlike whole-room circulation, oscillation only feels cooler when you’re in the direct path of airflow. A Vornado air circulator provides comfortable, whole-room air circulation for the entire room by moving all the air — ensuring that everyone is consistently comfortable no matter where they sit.
