• How do I get my rug edges to lie flat?
• Rugs are rolled or folded for safe transit, so creases and curled edges are to be expected. Lay the rug flat, or reverse-roll and the marks will release within a few days.
• Why does my rug look different than the photo?
• Because the fibers lie in one direction, the rug appears lighter from one end and darker from the other, with the tone shifting as you move around it. Room lighting and screen settings can also affect how the color reads.
• Why does my rug shed?
