• The compressor stops (fan runs) and light flashes when target humidity is reached - this is normal. The unit will restart automatically when humidity rises above your set level, and the operation light will remain on.
• Why is the drain pipe connected and the water still leaking into the tank? Why doesn't it have a longer hose?
• The hose drainage adopts gravity drainage. Therefore, the dehumidifier should be placed on a level surface, and at the same time, the drainage hose should be kept at a certain Angle and must not be bent.If the hose is too long, water will flow back.
• Why can't this dehumidifier reduce humidity ?
• The dehumidifier may not work if: 1. Room temp is below 41°F/5°C or above 95°F/35°C 2. Space is too large 3. Filter is dirty or tank is full 4. It's in defrost mode. AC use lowers temperature, affecting dehumidifier operation.
