• Where is the solar panel located?
• The solar panel is built into the bottom interior of the candle. Sunlight passes through the candle shell to reach it, so no external panel or wiring is needed — just place the lantern where it gets direct sunlight during the day
• Is this lantern waterproof? Can I leave it outside in the rain?
• Yes. The iron frame and internal components are weather-resistant and rated for year-round outdoor use, including rain and sun exposure. We recommend avoiding full submersion in standing water
• How long does it take to charge, and how long does it stay lit at night?
• A full day of direct sunlight typically provides enough charge for a full night of illumination, roughly 8–10 hours depending on season and sunlight exposure
• Is the top handle included in the 24-inch and 16-inch height measurements?
• No. The listed height is measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the lantern body, excluding the raised handle. When upright, the 7 cm handle adds approximately 2.8 inches to the overall height.
• Does it come with a battery?
• Yes. One rechargeable AA 1.2V 300mAh Ni-MH battery is included. Before first use, set the switch to ON and allow the lantern to charge in direct sunlight.
